Heather McBride, LMT, NCTMB, received her initial training in 1998, and has since advanced her training in Neuromuscular Therapy and medical massage. She has passed the national examination, and maintains her certification by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She is also certified in Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy.  

Bonnie Unnold, Certified Reflexologist, is a reflexology graduate from The Lake Lanier School of Massage in Gainesville, GA. Her experience in reflexology and involvement in the natural health field span over 20 years.

Kristi Powell, LMT, is a certified and licensed massage therapist.  She graduated from NGCSU in 2002 with a degree in Science/Pre-physical therapy.  She specializes in Hot Stone Therapy, which she combines with her background in medical massage to deeply affect the muscles.  Her greatest joy is helping people become free of their pain..  

Sara Shiver, LMT, is a certified and licensed massage therapist.  Her work focuses on relieving severe and chronic pain with results that last more than just a few days.  She is a graduate from The Lake Lanier School of Massage and has been practicing since 2004.  She uses Deep Tissue techniques and stretching, resulting in a massage that is simultaneously intense and relaxing. 

Lisa Bishop, LMT, CNMT, is a licensed massage therapist and certified Neuromuscular therapist whose 15 years of hands-on experience coupled with years of teaching have created great success in helping all types of people from minor discomfort to chronic issues such as TMJ dysfunction, low back pain, sciatica, thoracic outlet syndrome, rotator cuff injuries, and more.  Lisa additionally utilizes structural balancing techniques to get to the source of the issue for more permanent relief.  You can expect her treatment to feel both relaxing and effective.

Mary Ann Yarbrough, LMT, is a certified and licensed massage therapist and former instructor of massage therapy.  She has received additional training in Hot Stone Massage and Reflexology.  She brings to the table a unique approach that combines traditional Neuromuscular Therapy with Craniosacral Therapy to effectively relieve neck pain.  

 

Rita Contreras, LMT, has a passion for people and a gift for healing.  She incorporates medically-based Neuromuscular Therapy and Trigger Point therapy to treat multiple injuries, including sports injuries, whiplash and specific neck pain.  With years of experience, she tailors treatments to alleviate pain with lasting effects.
