Deep Tissue Massage Also known as Neuro-muscular Therapy, this massage uses medium to deep pressure to relax painful knots, relieve tension and calm muscle spasms. Highly effective for treating acute and chronic pain, we also suggest deep tissue to those who prefer a firmer touch. Ashi Massage Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy is a unique deep compression massage technique. Our therapist holds on to ceiling bars for leverage and balance while she applies pressure with her feet. This is by far the deepest massage we offer. Hot Stone Massage Smooth, flat, specially
selected river stones are heated to the perfect temperature in warm water. Rows
of heated stones are arranged underneath you on the table to gently heat and
relax your back. Our therapist performs an Integrated massage while
holding one or more heated stones. Instantly the warmth melts and soothes your
muscles. As each stone cools, it is replaced with another. As the massage
progresses, your therapist will incorporate heated stones in specific points,
such as the palms of your hands, or between your toes, to compliment the
massage. This warm and nurturing treatment is a must-try! Prenatal Massage The side-lying massage is an excellent choice for moms-to-be.
